Here is my progress on Little Fairies at Play.  18,136 stitches complete.  Looking at this picture I can see that I have been working on a butterfly.

I was off Friday and was to go on a 13 mile hike with my sister.  But the weather did not cooperate.  40mph winds and temps (before wind chill) in low 40's with showers.  Yuck.  Good thing we did not go as my father went into the ER.  I sat with him all day until he was admitted.  Saturday morning I stopped into my LNS and got fabric for 2 more HAED's.  I will slowly kit them up.  I want to put them both on scroll rods. I may never have another finish if all of the projects in my rotation become HAED's.

It amazes me that you have so many big projects on the go at one time Cathy.
I find it hard to have more than one large one on the go because I start feeling guilty that I’m not giving enough attention to them. I much prefer to just have one large one to work on and then do a few smaller project that only take a day or two in between. I do have larger projects ready and waiting though!
Your ‘Fairies at Play’ is coming along beautifully, it’s so colourful and seeing how your cat cushion is progressing has made me think I might get the chart out and stitch it myself at some point.

Happy Stitching!

Sue - I love large projects. The rotation I am using now helps me to see alot of progress on each. I work one week on each project. I am working on Fairies at Play every other rotation for a while to make some progress since it is 28 pages and I would like to see it finished in my lifetime. lol I do try for a mix of projects and have some Christmas ornaments that I am working on. With the projects in my rotation this year I do not think I will have alot of finishes but hope for alot of progress.
